Overview
Unless otherwise noted, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Lightly used items may be returned for a valid reason at the discretion of Emitted Energy or as required by law.
1. Refund & Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your purchase to request a refund or exchange. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not ship returns to the manufacturer—send all returns to us directly.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain customized items
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

The product shows obvious signs of use

Sealed media has been opened

Items are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (unless damage was our error)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

7. Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange for the same item:

9. Return Shipping
