The Enterprise ThermalCert™ Thermal Camera Verification Cart provides facilities with a fast, structured way to confirm thermal camera accuracy in-house. Designed for operations running multiple cameras, this mobile system helps teams perform consistent performance checks without shipping equipment back to the manufacturer.
To complete a verification, teams remove the camera from its installation and connect it to the cart. The system runs Enlighten thermal imaging software, which guides users through a standardized workflow. The cart includes a certified ±0.2 °C blackbody, a controlled temperature reference source used to check thermal accuracy. The blackbody emits a stable, known infrared temperature that allows users to compare the camera’s readings against a certified standard.
This process provides documented thermal camera performance verification and confirms operation within manufacturer specifications. It supports quality programs, audit readiness, and internal maintenance procedures while minimizing downtime.
It is important to note that this cart performs verification only. It does not replace OEM calibration or factory service. Calibration adjustments must still be completed by the manufacturer.
