FLIR T530 Thermal Imaging Camera

Professional Thermal Imaging Camera for Industrial Inspections & Predictive Maintenance

Overview

The FLIR T530 thermal imaging camera helps professionals find hot spots, hidden faults, and overheating components in industrial, electrical, and mechanical systems. Its 320 × 240 infrared detector delivers clear thermal images for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance inspections.

Built for industrial environments, the FLIR T530 features a 180° rotating optical block and a bright 4-inch touchscreen display. Because of this design, users can inspect overhead systems, electrical cabinets, motors, pumps, conveyors, and other hard-to-reach equipment more comfortably. As a result, technicians can complete inspections faster while reducing operator strain.

The FLIR T530 includes advanced on-camera measurement tools, continuous laser-assisted autofocus, and FLIR image enhancement technologies. In addition, FLIR MSX®, UltraMax®, and FLIR Vision Processing™ improve thermal image detail and clarity. Therefore, users can quickly identify equipment issues and make faster maintenance decisions.

The camera also supports FLIR Inspection Route mode. With this feature, users can download inspection routes created in FLIR Thermal Studio Pro and follow guided inspection paths directly on the camera. Consequently, maintenance teams can improve inspection consistency and organize temperature data more efficiently.

For added flexibility, the FLIR T530 supports FLIR FlexView® dual field-of-view lenses. This allows users to switch between wide-area and telephoto thermal scanning without changing lenses. Furthermore, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FLIR Ignite cloud connectivity, and METERLiNK® integration support connected inspection workflows and simplified reporting.
